National Planning Meeting - Dallas, Texas

From December 27 to 30, 2009, the OA section chiefs gathered, elected the 2010 national officers, and began detailed planning for the 2010 OA program year. 

Brad Lichota is being installed as the 2010 National Chief by Ray Capp, National OA Chairman.
