Leads the Troop and assigns responsibilities as needed.  Leads the Patrol Leaders Council and, in consultation with the Scoutmaster, appoints other junior leaders.

Fills in for Senior Patrol Leader in his absence. Also responsible for training and giving direction to other junior leaders.
Patrol Leaders DrewR, MattR Provides leadership to members of his patrol and represents them on the Patrol Leaders' Council.

Quartermaster

Responsible for troop supplies and equipment and sees that it is in good working condition.
Historian TrevorD Preserves troop photographs, stories, flags, scrapbooks, awards, and other memorabilia.
Guide JohnB, MichaelQ Advisor and guide to the new Scouts.
Scribe RyanD The secretary (record-keeping) and financial officer of the troop.
Instructor    Teaches scouting skills to troop members.
Bugler DrewR Makes appropriate bugle calls at troop activities.
Chaplain's Aide TommyS Assists in troop religious services and promotes the religious emblems program.
Den Chiefs JustinC, TrevorD Works with a Cub Scout den as a guide.
Order of the Arrow Representative BobbyF, BradL, NathanB, JohnS, BrendanF, JakeP, JustinC, ChrisB   Youth liaison serving between the local OA lodge/chapter and his troop (serves as a link to and from Arrowmen, adult leaders and Scouts who are not presently members of the Order).

Chartered Org Representative John Dyer-Hurdon Serves as the liaison between the Troop and the Chartered Organization.

The unit committee chairman appoints and supervises the unit committee and unit leaders.
Treasurer Dave Dau Handles unit funds, pay bills, maintain Scout accounts, and coordinates FOS campaign.
Secretary Karen Goike Keep troop minutes and records, send notices, and handles publicity.
Advancement Chair Bill Barsuhn Keeps advancement records for each Scout. Ensures hat the unit has boards of review, courts of honor, & unit goals for helping Scouts advance.  
Court of Honor Coordinator Rotates Coordinates Court of Honor ceremonies.
Equipment Coordinator Rick Columbo Works with the youth Quartermaster and is responsible inventory, storage, and maintenance of unit equipment.
Food Pantry Coordinator Rick Columbo Manages troops food supplies.
Fundraising Coordinators John Goike, Jean Kwasnik Supervises troops main fundraising events.
Health Book Coordinator Dave Kroll Maintains troops medical records.
Newsletter Dave Dau Editor for troop newsletter.
Recruiting Coordinator Danielle Wernis Ensure a smooth transition of new Scouts into the unit and orientation for new parents.
Tour Permit & Permission Slip Coord Mike Meyers Secures tour permits/permission slips for outings.
Uniform Coordinator Bobbi Rockcole Arranges for troop uniforming needs.
